WHAT ARE PRESS-ON NAILS?
Press-on nails are artificial nails that you can easily stick onto your natural nails, giving you a beautiful manicure without going to a salon. ELYNA NAILS™ Press-On Nails are handmade with premium salon-quality gels and feature unique 3D sculpted designs. They are durable, reusable, and easy to apply, letting you achieve a salon-perfect look in minutes.
HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESS-ONS LAST?
Temporary Wear: 1–3 days when applied with sticky tabs.
Long-Term Wear: 1–3 weeks when applied with nail glue.
Please note: The duration may vary depending on your lifestyle and whether the nails were applied correctly.
HOW DO I APPLY PRESS-ON NAILS?

Step 1: Prep your nails using the cuticle tool, nail file and cleansing wipes
Step 2: Apply your choice of adhesive.
Step 3: Apply our press-on nails.

HOW DO I REMOVE PRESS-ON NAILS?
Follow these simple steps for safe removal:
Step 1: Soak your nails for 10–15 minutes in a bowl of warm water, soap, and oil.
Step 2: Gently lift and remove the press-ons using the cuticle tool (included in our complimentary tool kit).
Tip: Avoid forcefully pulling the nails to protect your natural nails.
CAN I REUSE THE NAILS?
Yes! All ELYNA NAILS™ press-ons are 100% reusable. With proper care and gentle removal, you can enjoy your nails multiple times, keeping them looking fresh and flawless.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order status update with tracking information.

ENTERED INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS - HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
If an incorrect address was entered, please contact our customer support immediately via email to update the address.
If delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the following steps:
- Reshipment: Additional shipping fees will apply.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, excluding the original shipping cost.
MY DELIVERY IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.

RECEIVED THE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately, within 7 days of delivery.
*Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders may be changed within 24 hours before production starts.
All ELYNA NAILS™ press-on nails are handmade to order, meaning each set is specially crafted after your order is placed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via the delivery method selected at checkout — STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time or is suspected lost, please contact our customer support team immediately, we will investigate the issue. Once the order has been confirmed as lost, a replacement shipment will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
