Processing Time

All ELYNA NAILS™ press-on nails are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 days for production. In rare cases such as high order volume, processing may take slightly longer, For certain collections requiring more intricate craftsmanship, additional production time may apply—please refer to the product notice for details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

STANDARD: 7 USD OR FREE OVER 180 USD6-10 BUSINESS DAYS

EXPRESS: 19 USD OR FREE OVER 330 USD 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

Post International shipping
Some countries are only available with the Post International shipping option:
7 USD or free over 180 USD — 6-25 business days

Duties and taxes:

*All applicable taxes, duties, fees, and tariffs are included in the product price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or carrier issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@elynanails.com.

Once the package has been shipped, or is in transit or out for delivery, we are unable to make changes to the address.

If delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the following steps:

- Reshipment: Additional shipping fees will apply.

- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, excluding the original shipping cost.


Delays & Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time or is suspected lost, please contact our customer support team immediately, we will investigate the issue. Once the order has been confirmed as lost, a replacement shipment will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. *All applicable taxes, duties, fees, and tariffs are included in the product price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
